Building Use Request Form Available Online
As ministries are flourishing and expanding their scope of work, a new system of requesting building space use has been added to the website in a Building Use Request Form. All groups from All Saints' whether meeting one time or repeat, are asked to complete this form to reserve meeting spaces. The ministry leader or one designated individual will complete and submit the form online and staff will review the request for date, time and space availability. Groups from outside All Saints' will also be required to submit the same form, but All Saints' groups are given preferential assignments.
While staff will attempt to accommodate all requests, there will be instances when a space, date or time is not available. Please refrain from publicizing events until your request has been approved to avoid confusion. The form will also give you an opportunity to indicate your specific needs for equipment and setup. Either Marvin Jones or Mona Myers will acknowledge your request and confirm details.
